Retreat w/Hottub, Lake Rentals, & Outdoor Playroom

Quaint little house. Very clean. Need to replace light bulbs and repair outlets in the primary bedroom and bathroom.

Perfect layout / amenities for entertaining - will definitely come back!

The house is cozy and nicely decorated. Within walking distance to the lake. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The property definitely looks nice from the pictures. When you first arrive it looks like the photos were taken a while ago, there is a noticeable difference. The property has some nice features, and has the potential to be great, but currently it’s far from. The beds are pretty bad, linens are worse, hot tub was gross and was unable for us to use. The house has a bad smell, something was definitely in the air as every morning we woke up none of us could breathe. I’m not sure why they charge a cleaning fee as the house wasn’t clean. The cobwebs in the property were ridiculous. I don’t see how someone could sleep on the bunk beds as the entire frame was about to fall apart. If you need a place to lay your head it works great beyond that’s about it.

Very nice house in a great location just outside Fort Worth. Nice quiet location, great for a weekend getaway. Plenty of beds and space for larger groups.
